Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to remedy your request.
Pdf’s are provided by the author and are deliverable at the time of purchase. If you have a concern contact us within 30 from purchase date.
All other products are manufactured/made to order & fulfilled by a third party. Therefore there are no exchanges or refunds for wrong sizes or colors; incorrect shipping addresses or a changed mind (buyer’s remorse).
If you are requesting to return a purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must submit a photo with your request for remedy and contact us within 30 days from your purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us with any concerns.
Books
All books purchased should be returned to the store or online source where it was purchased according to their specific guidelines.
Carla Onjel, LLC does not have an inventory of any available merchandise. All merchandise is processed through a third party.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you regarding the next steps in accordance to the third party policies. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the remedy requested.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank directly. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Shipping
